Day 06: The best kiss?
That scene in Macalania forest from Final Fantasy X. And not because it looks pretty.
So we have our heroes, boy and girl, you know how the story goes. But this time they take their time to get to know each other. They like each other plenty from the get-go, but they never really act on it besides the usual I'm-here-for-you and you-can-lean-on-me and what-can-I-do-to-make-you-feel-better-when-you're-down.
There's no grand realization of love, they both know, really. There are other issues, like how they are saving the world, but perhaps they could, afterwards...? That's what Tidus thinks. Yuna knows it will never have time to happen, and why did she have to meet this lovely person at exactly the wrong time? Still, it's wonderful.
Then Yuna finally breaks under the combined pressure of duty, sacrifice, betrayal, and Tidus being too good to be true, in that exact order. (Really, the whole scene is amazing, terrible voice-acting be damned.)
I wasn't really expecting anything to happen, but I remember yelling "JUST HUG HER GODDAMMIT" at the screen. ...Instead, this happened.
And then there's this:

Anubituf and Guragief from Simoun. As the emotional climax (or was that episode 22?) of this backburner of a ship, this kiss wins points for happening in the first place. And it's gorgeous.
If only it lasted longer.
...I can't stop staring at it.

DAY 06: Favorite villain / antagonist?
Vayne Carudas Solidor, Final Fantasy XII.

Well, that was good enough for me, but: smart politician, ruthless and at the end he went too far, but he had a human heart. Ivalice-verse (Tactics, XII, Vagrant Story) in general is good with its antagonists. In this game the baddies are loyal to each other to the end. To be honest, it was them that I was cheering for in the end.
He understood that he lost, but it didn't matter, since he already got what he wanted. They weren't actually against the protagonists, after all.
But as far as effectiveness goes, Kefka did it best.
(Ghost answer for MegaTen: ...YWHW? Naoya in Amane route in Devil Survivor? Amane in Naoya route in Devil Survivor? The Joker from Persona 2? The-being-called-Angel in DDS1? IDK.)

"You are mistaken. You are wrong, Brother."
"And if I am? You had best find the strength you need to correct me then."
