I AM DEAD. And have played video games for the first time in my life. And also am dea- wait, been there. Dad informs me that no, he will not buy me PS2 or 3 or anything related to any games that are not of the board sort. Apparently it's an argument of conflicting... morals he won over my brother years ago. So, no video games in this household, unless I buy them myself. Anyway.
The urge to borrow FFVII with a siding of PS2 from someone, anyone rises with every passing moment. Because. There's a Mom in a jar somewhere and this music is rather creepy. Yes, it makes sense. No, I don't really know anything about the game. The degradation of animation, compared to VIII, is rather disheartening though. Woe.
The upcoming FFXIII (aah I love that numbering system) also fascinates me -even if I still cannot seriously think of video games in relation to ME- because in my books pretty graphics really do make up for (in the worst case scenario) crappy plot. I think. ...And a female main character* shall make the game only the most perfect thing anywhere ever.
Continuing on the topic of graphics! I'd like to make an icon involving Rinoa and traces of Squall and the sentence "and I'm left talking to the stone wall" (add, mix, stir well). Sadly, discounting the brief joy of creating the sucker, I wouldn't get any benefit out of it. There's no way I'm going to spend any of my precious icon space on Rinoa.
