Every once in a while Legolas stops to sprout poetry to the camera (the red sun rises/blood has been spilled this night). At least I think he's talking to the camera, I mean, neither Aragorn nor Gimli is near him when he speaks...
Faramir and Éowyn's romance was terribly sudden, but at least it happened (in the extended version, that is). It was one if the things I missed seeing the movie in the theatre the first time.
I watched the movie with my sister, my brother and my brother's ex-girlfriend, current fianceé, to-be bride, and the person who said that Pippin and Merry got each other was not me. Vow.
-Frodo has at least three different expressions!
-And he changes gender in the end of the last part.
