it's christmastime
Supposedly it's spring. Summer maybe. Last weekend there was even thunder - I am bitter for not seeing it - and for two weeks it's been warm out there. Somewhere. So what's with this sudden cold?
This morning the thermometer showed five degrees of celsius, and it was lying. It couldn't help but lie, there's no way an ordinary thermometer could tell that there's gaseous ice in the air. Ice. That cuts through matter. That's what it feels like.
The ice gets inside the house, too. There is not a single room that has escaped it, the whole house is freezing. The only way to get warm is to go to sauna or to bed, under the blankets. But one cannot stay inside the sauna forever, and it's hard to stay completely under the blankets. Even one toe sticking out under them is enough to prevent the whole body from warming up.
I didn't go to school today. If it's this cold inside the house... it's certainly not a biking weather outside. So I stayed home. And spent the whole day reading fanfiction.
I did clean my room, however.
Yes, this whole post was an overly long way to show off my new icon.
