This is the happy owner of all of Tokyo Babylon speaking. I finally got my hands on the fifth volume (read: finally got off my ass and actually walked to the bookstore), and. Yes. I don't know whether Tokyopop's translation is better than the fan translation or not, but I certainly enjoyed it more. Not to say anything about the quality of the graphics in the book as compared to that of the scans.
From the library: something of Murakami Haruki's, the first part of Genji Monogatari (...why?), and Edgar Allan Poe's Tales of mystery and imagination, complete with illustrations and all. I foresee many wonderful moments spent reading in the sun! Now, if only the weather would cooperate...
