a month in the life
...I just realised I hadn't updated for almost a month, so.
Dear diary,
doing just fine over here. Last week I passed the theoretic part of the driver's license tests! On the first try even. The real test will be next week, but, test week that it is, I'm more nervous about the spoken English course one. D: On Wednesday I had the last school day I'll ever have, if I only get to do the one last obligatory course I have left independent. The last school day was disappointingly anticlimatic. No one came to school naked, for example. And I was late for all lessons except the first one, ha.
Other notable occurrences during last month: the performance in the concert against nuclear energy, the English presentation from Hell, new interesting acquaintances from lower grades.
After I'm through with all this stress-inducing activity (passed the matriculation exams and hopefully the entrance exam to med school), I'll get myself a used PlayStation 2 from some internet auction and buy some games. If it were just the tenth and the seventh Final Fantasies I felt I needed to get, I could have contained myself, but now that I've played the sixth one as well and deemed it worthy indeed, my self-control's slipped. Maybe I should start expanding onto other game series as well. ...Or maybe not, this one eats enough of my time as it is.
Speaking of FFVI! It didn't hit me nearly as hard as all the other ones have, at first. But now, a week after beating it, I find myself in the middle of three surprisingly involved fanart projects (one of which will be ready tomorrow ♥), which hasn't happened since, I don't even know, Sailor Moon. Plus I spend hours searching for the music online. Plus I've already started a replay. I think the initial response could've been misleading! Maybe, possibly!
