After having suddenly disappeared off the face of the internet for months, she triumphantly returns! Things of note from the lost time:
Duties: First year in university behind, how odd. Missing language lessons like crazy.
Travelling: first taste of summer in May, in France and in Germany, only to return to a week on a cold, solitary island with no electricity or running water, but an ample supply of damn kids. The probability of finding self as a schoolteacher in the future, against better judgement: +3500 EXP.
Home: two of them, one has people while the other has possessions, two-hour trip in between. Feeling rootless.
Entertainment: Reading Orwell, reading Dawkins... marathoning SG-1 for some unfathomable reason. Trying desperately to educate self in Wagner (specifically the Ring Cycle), a process much dampened by DVD recordings missing from the local library and having to do with CDs only. Playing too many games at once-- same old, same old.
World: have probably missed many important events, on the net and elsewhere. Trying to be sharper, now. [edit] Six days completely shut away from any news media, what the hell have I missed.
