elitist me
I've finally discovered the horrible truth. The reason I instinctly dislike singing in groups consisting of other than classmates is because people usually can't sing in key. I don't enjoy singing for the sake of singing, I enjoy singing only when it sounds good (or I cannot hear the result, same difference).
Which is why I sing with the Anttila sisters for pleasure, but singing with Milla is- Still better than singing with people who don't know how to sing at all?Don't kill me please you still sing better than most of the people in the world honestly.
Which in turn makes me wonder whether or not this tiny little problem can be corrected with alcohol! Not that I'm ever going to find out, ever.
I saw the Gormenghast trilogy on the shelf of the Academic Bookstore... but I didn't buy it. I remember seeing the TV series as a child (child-er, that is) and enjoying it very much, which is, er, both a compliment and an insult to the series (I was and idiot as a child. However, for the past me to enjoy something made for adults is really quite something), and so I regret my decision. I'm consoling myself that if I had bought it and it hadn't been what I expected it to be, I'd regret buying it more.
But the next time I visit someone in the southern region of Finland I think I'll buy it. Surely! I think.
Hakama is one piece of clothing I'm willing to sacrifice my general indifference for clothing for. It's, like, the perfect fusion between pants and a skirt! It's hard to manage because of the sheer size of it, and it's too hot to wear in summer!
And it's got porn holes. No, not backing down in this one. Porn holes I say.
Also, new look. Resembles the insides of a fruit, if you ask me. Yeah.
